Payments and Policies
Payment: We accept Visa/Mastercard, debit cards, or cash.
Changes & Cancellations: Our goal is to help you. We understand that
moving is a stressful time and unexpected things come up. We will work with you to
reschedule any services you need in that event. There is no charge for
rescheduling. Rescheduled jobs are subject to our availability and services must
be completed within 30 days of the original appointment.
Any service canceled more than 5 days in advance will not be charged a
cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 5 days notice will be charged
$75. Cancellations must be done in writing by email to
cancellations@oldwestmovingassistance.com.
