How To File A Claim
Filing a claim for lost or damaged items is fairly easy!
Just send us via US Mail the following;
A letter describing your grievances and a description of the lost
and/or damaged items. Be sure to include your complete contact
information - address, phone number(s) and email address.
A copy of your Moving Service Contract.
A copy of your itemized List of Contents.
Photographs of the damaged items. These don't have to be
professional pictures, but the item must be discernible and the
extent of the damages apparent. Put your name on the back of the
photos!

When we receive your claim we log it into our system and start the
claim process. Claim processing can take from 30-90 days. Please
wait at least 30 days before contacting us about the status of your
claim.

Our Damage Policy
The Standard protection for your items is 60 cents per article
per pound. There is no charge for this protection. However,
in most cases this coverage is by far too little. If you want
additional coverage, you will have to declare the value of
your shipment.
Every $10.000.00 value you declare will cost $126.00 in
valuation charge. A deductible of $500.00 applies to this
coverage. In many cases Homeowners and Renters with
Homeowners/Renters Insurance may already be covered
through their policies. Please, check with your Insurance
